Amber Bridge
The Sky Remembers
Long ago, the islands were one land. Then the world broke apart, and
only the amber bridges held the pieces together. Now even the
bridges have crumbled, and the islands drift alone in the clouds.
You are the last Bridgekeeper. Your tools are simple: sunlight,
patience, and the strange golden stone that remembers everything it
has ever touched.
About
Every island in Amber Bridge has its own weather, its own ruins, and its own reason for falling silent. The Orchard Isles are overgrown and gentle, a good place to learn. The Hollow Spires are windswept and vertical, where bridges must climb as much as cross. Farther out, past the cloud line, lie realms the map refuses to name until you earn them.

The amber itself is the heart of everything. It refracts light in
ways ordinary glass never could, splitting a single beam into colors
that each behave differently. Red light is heavy and falls in arcs.
Blue light travels straight and far. Gold light is rare, and it
wakes things up.
Nothing here rushes you. The islands drift at their own pace, and so
can you.

How It Works
Bend the Light, Mend the Bridge
Each puzzle begins the same way: a broken bridge, a source of light,
and a handful of amber fragments you can rotate, slide, and
stack.
Your goal is to guide the light through the amber so it lands on the
bridge's anchor stones. Sound simple? Early on, it is. Then the game
starts layering ideas. Beams that must split and reunite. Fragments
that only refract at certain angles of the sun. Islands that slowly
rotate beneath you, changing every angle you thought you'd solved.

There are no timers and no move limits. A puzzle is finished when
the bridge stands, however long that takes. If you get stuck, the
Bridgekeeper's journal offers a quiet hint, one line at a time,
never spoiling the whole answer.
Progress carries across islands. Techniques you learn on one bridge
become second nature by the next, until you're solving puzzles that
would have looked impossible an hour earlier.

The Amber Archive
Creatures Sleeping in Gold
Some amber fragments hold more than light. Look closely and you'll find creatures frozen inside: a moth with glass wings, a six-legged fox, a tiny whale no larger than your thumb. Each one has been asleep since the world broke.
Complete a family of creatures and something changes in the world. A sealed gate softens. A new color of light becomes available. A realm that was only a smudge on the horizon sharpens into a place you can actually reach.

Collect them and they join your Amber Archive, a living catalogue you can browse between puzzles. Every creature comes with a short entry written by Bridgekeepers who came before you, and every entry is a small piece of the larger story.
There are one hundred and eight creatures in total. Nobody says you need all of them. But the sky feels different when you do.
